Similar in style with its Flagship store at 1020 East Coast Parkway, this new Modern Thai Cuisine serving outlet seeks to offer a different form of casual dining experience for its customers, through its interpretations on authentic Thai Food while showing glimpses of the chefs’ creativity from its modern reinvent Thai delicacies offerings. The vibes and feels tie in with the restaurant namesake, which means 'eat rice'. Food wise, the emphasis has always been on sharing, proportional servings that allow groups of various sizes to grab a comprehensive sampling of the dishes. Crowd’s favourites such as Tom Yum Seafood Soup, Pan-Seared Squids Coated in Savory Salted Egg Cream, Crayfish Served With Glass Noodles in Claypot and Prawn and Green Mango Relish Served with Rice Crackers are all available at the new outlet.
Something distinctive about the new outlet from its predecessor is that it also has a built-in bar, where beers, wines, liquors and cocktails are served to complement the senses tantalizing food offerings, bringing about a complete gratifying dining experience for all who patronize Gin Khao Bistro.
