Official Launch of MiServ – Xiaomi’s First Exclusive Service Centre in Malaysia
The first Xiaomi Exclusive Service Centre celebrates its official launch on the 17th of November 2014, in Plaza Low Yat, Kuala Lumpur. This Exclusive Service Centre is managed by Micro 2000 Technology Sdn Bhd under the brand name, MiServ.
Many journalists from the gadgets and mobile media, and other esteemed guests were also invited to witness the signing ceremony of this newly created joint partnership. Micro 2000 Technology was represented by Deputy Managing Director, Mr Noel Lim and Xiaomi was represented by General Manager of Southeast Asia, Mr Steve Vickers.
As one of the largest Xiaomi service centres in the ASEAN region, the 820 square feet outlet also features a concept area showcasing the latest gadgets from Xiaomi. These include products that have yet to be launched in Malaysia. Mi fans and enthusiasts will be able to experience its wide range of products such as the Super Slim, Virtually Frameless 49” 4K Resolution MiTV, Mi Routers, Mi Pads and the colorful Mi Power Banks.
In conjunction with the official opening, Steve also took the opportunity to introduce the new Redmi Note 4G, the LTE version of the original Redmi Note, which will be launched as early as December. The media and guests were also given a rare first hand glimpse on our repair processes behind close doors to experience the high standards and level of proficiency of our own in-house technicians.
