As part of our commitment to enhancing our customers' experience and providing quality service, we've relocated to a brand-new facility, conveniently located at the heart of Orchard Road, The Centrepoint (176 Orchard Rd, Singapore 238843), just minutes walk from Somerset MRT - Getting to us is now a breeze! This move marks an exciting operating milestone for +Serv and we can't wait to share it with you.
After months of preparation, we're happy to announce that we're now fully operational at the new location with effect Tuesday, 23rd April 2024. Our new home is a modern, purpose-built space designed to improve our service delivery. From upgraded amenities to improved infrastructure, we've spared no effort in creating a welcoming environment for YOU, our valued customers. While our address has changed, our commitment to excellence remains unwavering. Our customers can continue to expect the same level of expertise, professionalism, and personalized attention that sets us apart. We have also expanded our service capabilities and streamline our service processes to bring about faster turnaround time.
No more meaningless waiting, there's much activities our Customers could engage in at The Centrepoint while waiting for their turn to be called. Beside being a food haven, typified by Gastro+ (+Serv is located within), a 6 level food and beverage precinct home to many popular F&B establishments, there is also no lack of shopping, indoor entertainment, wellness services and educational opportunities at the mall.
