With plans to expand our service in the future, provision of vouchers, gift products and even the set-up of a loyalty programme have been outlined. To redeem at any of our centres, customers simply have to bring along their NRIC/Passport, SA/ACA form and their redemption letter, which will be provided to them upon the successful re-contract of their plan. Customers are advised to redeem their item within one month from their contract’s start date to retain its validity.
