With the recent opening of our first Mi Exclusive Service Centre in Kuala Lumpur, Micro 2000 continues to expand its MiServ branding to East Malaysia. The new Xiaomi Authorised Service Centre opens up in Centre Point, Sabah on the 1st of March 2015.
As the first Xiaomi Service Centre in East Malaysia, the 934 square feet outlet will continue to feature a concept area showcasing the latest gadgets from Xiaomi. Mobile devices such as the Mi Phones, Mi Pads and Mi Power Banks will be displayed to allow consumers to have a first hand experience with the newly launched products. “The new Service Centre is an important step in ensuring that Micro 2000 continues to expand its’ business development of providing after-sales support for consumers. As our primary core value is to achieve customers’ satisfaction, after-sales service is the key driver to achieve this.
With the support of Xiaomi, we will continue to expand our after-sales service in Malaysia, allowing easy accessibility and convenience for consumers throughout Malaysia.
We are also excited to announce that we will be opening a new Xiaomi Authorised Service Centre in Sarawak soon. We look forward to providing our expertise to serve Xiaomi consumers in that region.”
