Launch of +Serv @ Johor and our planned expansion in Malaysia
+Serv maiden foray into Malaysia was made official on Monday, 20th July 2015. Located at No 82 Jalan Molek 2/2, Johor, this ASUS Authorised Service Centre is managed by Micro 2000 Technology Sdn Bhd under the brand name, +Serv. The spacious 3,000 square feet outlet is aesthetically designed to enhance the service experience of +Serv walk-in customers.
This Authorised Service Provider (ASP) contract signifies the trust that ASUS has in Micro 2000’s ability to provide comprehensive and professional After Sales Support for their users. With years of experience in managing Service Centres, Micro 2000 has the necessary expertise and know-how to meet all the service needs of ASUS users in Malaysia to ensure and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Not planning to rest on its laurels after being awarded with the ASUS ASP contract, +Serv is gearing to increase its presence in Western Malaysia with an aim of opening up more service centres at different easily accessible locations in Malaysia by end 2015, so as to better cater to the service needs of the ASUS users in those areas. Cities like Ipoh and Melaka are all in the pipeline.
